Steel Pneumatic Strapping Tension Tools

Tensioners bring strap to the desired tension with minimal interruption, effort and waste. Pneumatic tensioners take most of the effort out of strapping large or compressible packages. They also make tensioning uniform and precise throught adjustment of the air pressure regulator. Tensioners can be either feedwheel, push-type, and windlass

  • Feedwheel - for general use - has a serrated feedwheel which engages the strap firmly. It is fast and easy to use and requires a painted and waxed strap
  • Push type feedwheel - for small/round/irregular bundles
  • Windlass - for heavy duty applications - winds one end of the strapping around a slotted windlass shaft. It can be used with dry, heavy strap precut to desired lengths
